Delivery Date
1. We will operate the process and manufacture work by contract. Under special conditions, we can arrange extra workers and put in extra hours to accomplish the production in advance.
2. When delivery, items packed with the products include:
① Maintenance manual
② Installation drawing
③ Specifications
④ A list of wearing parts and some replacements

After-Sales Service
The goods are guaranteed for 12 months, from date of sale, providing not damaged by the user. If there are any malfunctions or defects, after receiving your email or call, our after-sales employees will reply you in 8 hours. When your problem cannot be fixed via our remote guidance and service, we will designate skilled engineers to offer on-site service. Within the warranty period, all maintenance work and replacement components are free and the customer only needs to cover the travelling expenses, including tickets, accommodation and interpreter fees. Beyond the warranty period, we will extra charge for components at cost price.

We pay much attention to the user experience and our technical experts will visit the customers at least three times a year, follow up with the service condition of our machines and do survey work. It's our goal to not only deliver goods on time, but also free any possible after-sales troubles from clients.
